- Determine the forces and factors external to the problem, event, or situation that most impact it
- Identify their prevailing mindset about an issue or problem and evaluate its validity
Techniques Explored and Applied:
- Red Hat Analysis
- Outside-In Thinking
- High Impact-Low Probability Analysis
- What If? Analysis
- Classic Quadrant Crunching™
- Premortem Analysis and the Structured Self-Critique
This is a two-day classroom course, with up to 24 students. Instructor-led classroom learning emphasizes small group exercises.
