This course introduces you to a set of Indicator Structured Analytic Techniques (ISATs) that you can use to track developments toward future events or assess what has or is happening.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
Use two different Structured Analytic Techniques for generating indicators
Validate a set of indicators
Use a Structured Analytic Technique to evaluate the diagnosticity of the indicators
Cluster less diagnostic indicators into one highly diagnostic indicator
Discuss ways to present indicators to your client and track them over time
Techniques Explored and Applied:
- What If? Analysis
- Indicators Generation
- Indicators Validation
- Indicators Evaluation
