Designed by Pherson's experts, AIMS: A Quick Look is a 30-60 minute self-paced professional development session that engages learners in online activities to better conceptualize their analytic projects.

• Learn from the experts. AIMS is a conceptualization technique that will save the analyst time and create a more focused product for the client.
• Learn on your own time. This online session takes approximately 30-60 minutes, which can be done at your own pace, on your own schedule.
• Test your knowledge. After completing the online learning activities, take a 20-question quiz to test your knowledge of what you learned and your ability to apply it to your analytic work. Upon successful completion of the Quick Look, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
• Refresh your skills. This Quick Look, as well as the supplemental learning materials and quiz, will be available to you for a full year after your initial registration.
